The easiest way to figure out how much protein you need is to take the number of people you have attending and multiply that number based on the guidelines below.
(1/4) lb per person: We are lighter eaters, and want to feast on sides.
(1/2) lb per person: We have a few heavy eaters.
(3/4) lb per person: We have a good mix of eaters and we may want some leftovers.
1+ lb per person: We plan on turkey sandwiches that weekend.
Example of how to order: Lets say you determine you want (1/2) lb of turkey per person and you have 8 people= 4 lbs. of turkey. You would then select 4 as the quantity of turkey breast.
