**Important Information Regarding how COVID-19 is affecting A La Minute**
First off, we are still open and accepting orders for our weekly meal service! We have spoken to our suppliers, and we do not anticipate any issues with our supply chain, so nothing will be changing with our rotating menus week-to-week.
Please place your order by Thursday night, if possible. We are asking for your help in limiting the amount of time our employees are in stores shopping for your orders. We have been deemed as an essential business by the county and we would like to minimize the contact we have with the general public in order to keep you and our employees safe!
Ordering earlier in the week will help us solve this problem. Thank you for your cooperation and stay safe!
Deliveries

We are extending our delivery hours each Monday to help serve more of the Charlotte area community. While our delivery window began at 1, we will now be making deliveries earlier in the day based on volume.

If you would like to switch to contactless deliveries, please leave out a bag or cooler with ice, even if you are going to be home. If you feel sick, we ask that you receive your meals through this process!
About our Kitchen
Your health is paramount to us! We take great pride in the cleanliness of our kitchen, as noted by our health department scores, currently at 99.0. We work in a shared use kitchen, however your food is prepared, packaged, and stored in a private area available only to our team.
We've taken additional measures to ensure every nook and cranny of our kitchen is cleaned and sanitized. We have also added additional cleaning policies to ensure moving forward your food is in the cleanest, safest kitchen in Charlotte!

We have also provided some additional training to our employees regarding our employee health policies to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding their health and what they need to do in case they become ill.
